Toilitech ‘s commitment has always been to use materials and technologies that minimize environmental impact in the design of its self-cleaning sanitaryware. In particular, by reducing the water and electricity consumption of their TMAX and TBOX sanitaryware models, popular with utilities that want to provide an essential service in complete safety. essential service in complete safety.

Discover the 7 features that reduce the environmental impact of self-cleaning sanitaryware.

1. Low water consumption

TMAX and TBOX self-cleaning toilets are designed with a washing system that uses 35% less water than traditional systems. In concrete terms, this means a consumption of 15 liters per cycle. What’s more, when the toilet is unoccupied, the water system is shut off, so there’s no risk of leaks or wastage.

2. Programming wash cycles

The frequency of wash cycles can be programmed to reduce water consumption. It can be programmed, for example, every 2 uses, or every 5 uses, etc. What’s more, the DCN-ECO3® eco-sustainable disinfection system does not release any pollutants into the environment.

3. Low environmental impact

90% of our self-cleaning sanitaryware components are entirely recyclable (cement, aluminium, plastic, etc.).

4. Low-energy lighting system

Exterior and interior lighting for the washrooms is provided by low-energy LED strips (24V). When the toilets are empty, the lights are switched off to avoid wasting energy. All this represents a total consumption of around 20 W for each wash cycle.

5. Remote control system

The toilets are equipped with a remote control system forchecking their condition. This is useful, for example, to avoid unnecessary on-site interventions, improving service interventions with fuel savings of 15%.

6. Waste reduction

The automatic system supplies a predefined quantity of consumables, such as toilet paper. In this way, we avoid any waste.

7. Carbon footprint certification

Our facilities have obtained CFP ISO 14067 certification , which guarantees products with a low carbon footprint and is linked to the toilets for 20 years.
